Return Policy

1. Return Window

•Our return policy allows you to return unused and undamaged items within 10 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

•To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

3. Return Process

•To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@inquantumclothing.be with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Return Shipping Costs

•Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. Refunds

•Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days

6. Exchange Policy

•If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
