SHIPPING POLICY

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the destination

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Window

  • Our return policy allows you to return unused and undamaged items within 10 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@inquantumclothing.be with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. 5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days

6. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
